About the event

27th Annual Buddy Walk

The 2023 Buddy Walk attracted more than 400 participants, and we expect nearly 500 people in 2025. (2024 was canceled due to Hurricane Helene.)

People with Down syndrome, families, and friends will walk a ¼ mile route around Bill Moore Park in Fletcher. Attendees enjoy live music, entertainment, games, bounce houses, food and many other family-oriented activities.
