CPR Blended Course Registration

*Child Care Centers: Registration is free, $60.00 will be due at the time of the in person skills check.*

*Family Child Care: no payment is required for provider unless the individual is a second substitute or alternate.*

The date of the this event you have registered for is the date of the in person skills check. You must complete the online portion of this course prior to attending your in-person skills session and provide proof of completion to the instructor.

Once we receive your email, you’ll be enrolled in the American Red Cross online class. You must register for this course two weeks prior to the skills check date above. You’ll get an email with the class link and a 2-week deadline to finish it. All online course work must be completed 48 hours prior to the skills check date. Access to this online work will end after two weeks. If you don’t finish in time, you can join the next class or a later one of your choice, but you’ll start over from the beginning. No refunds are given. Once online coursework is complete, the CPR instructor will inform the candidate of the upcoming skills check.

Instructor will determine if the student has performed all tasks correctly according to the Red Cross Standard.

Norwescap will provide technical assistance to access the online format, including the registration link. Norwescap will work with the provider to schedule a skills check prior to registration and will ensure the class is set up within 48 hours of receiving the necessary information.

The Center/Program agrees to coordinate with staff to ensure the process information is shared, keep the Norwescap Instructor informed of any updates, ensure participants complete the online coursework within two weeks, and take responsibility for all associated costs.

Participants agree to complete the online portion at least 48 hours before the scheduled in-person skills check and to attend the skills check at the scheduled date and time.
