Inversion Yoga Workshop with Ishia

Guided by experienced and expert Yoga Teacher, Ishia, you’ll learn safe techniques for headstands, handstands, arm balances, and supported inversions – all within a supportive, premium studio environment. Expect mindful progressions, hands-on alignment, and a serene cooldown to restore and rest.
