Welcome to Step Forward for Mental Health!
Come join The Marriage and Family Clinic at LivRite Fitness for a day dedicated to raising awareness about mental health. This event is all about taking that first step towards better mental well-being and connecting to your community resources.
Participate with your community in our 1 mile walk, engage with our resource vendors, and connect with others who are on the same journey. There will also be activities for kids, an outdoor fitness class for families, and raffle tickets for prize baskets.
Let's Step Forward together towards a healthier mind and a happier life. See you there!
