Sound Bath Experience

The human body possesses an innate intelligence to maintain its own balance and health. When the necessary conditions are met, the body has the ability to self-regulate, repair, and regenerate itself.

Join us for a healing sound experience with solid crystal quartz healing bowls and chimes, where we’ll combines elements of meditation, vibrational healing, and mindfulness to create healing conditions, relaxation and inner harmony.

Each participant will receive a zero gravity chair, weighted eye mask, and a blanket. Just bring an open heart and an open mind!
