IHC's mobile health unit will be on-site to provide primary healthcare for all ages. Interested? Call (317) 576-1335 to schedule your appointment! Walk-in appointments are available, but we suggest you schedule ahead to secure your spot.

We offer:
Well & sick medical care for all ages
Bilingual staff & translation services available
Preventive health services
Chronic disease management
Referrals for specialty care
Case management services
Laboratory testing
Medicated treatment for opioid use
Medicaid/Medicare and most private insurances accepted
Sliding fee scale for those who qualify

What to bring:
Patient or parent/legal guardian ID
Child’s birth certificate
Insurance card
Immunization records
Household income for prior month (if applying for sliding fee)
