PA YogAbilities x Prana Yoga

Join Pure Abilities recreational therapists, music therapists, and behavior consultants as we partner with Prana Yoga & Wellness for an inclusive adaptive yoga class designed for all abilities. This session will be led by certified yoga instructor Kelly F. (300RYT), and focuses on movement, mindfulness, and connection.
