Free Intro to Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu at KruFit

Whether you’re interested in self-defense, fitness, competition, or just trying something new, Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu has something for everyone. Our free intro session at KruFit is designed for people who’ve never trained before. You’ll learn what makes BJJ so engaging—a mix of movement, technique, and problem-solving—all in a fun, safe, and inclusive environment where everyone is welcome.

What to wear:
Comfortable athletic clothing that allows you to move freely.

Please arrive a few minutes early to sign a waiver. Open to all—just show up ready to move, learn, and have fun.
