Ageless Grace® is a highly effective brain and body fitness program that keeps participants moving and thinking through the power of play. Because wellness shouldn’t have to be boring or painful – in fact, it should be fun! The number one health concern for people of all ages is the loss of cognitive function and mobility as we age. Come along and have fun with these fitness activities designed to engage your brain and help bring about positive cognitive change. Because Ageless Grace is performed in a chair to engage the brain, almost anyone can participate.
