Join Katy for a Rest, Release, and Radiate session! This candlelit evening gathering will focus on gently releasing what longer serves, creating a moment of true rest, and allowing the body, mind, and soul to feel radiant! We will work with essential oils, breath, gentle stretches, meditation, crystals, and sacred sound.
