Ladies' Self-Defense Class

Ladies ages 12 and older are invited to our dojo for an afternoon to focus on situational awareness and self-defense basics.

The class costs $20 per person, and lasts an hour and a half. We will have discussions, drills, and hydration breaks. We ask participants to dress comfortably and bring water to drink
