RING IN THE STEAM
New Year’s Day at North Beach Park
Hosted with the support and blessing of Ottawa County Parks
The park is usually empty this time of year. Quiet. Snowed over. Waiting for summer.
So we’re lighting it up.
For one day only, Saunaty and Purely Nomadic Sauna Co are pulling three saunas onto the frozen shoreline… and bringing actual life and energy back to Lake Michigan’s edge. Doors opening, steam rolling out, people moving through the cold like they’re part of some secret January ritual.
Pick a time slot: 10am, 12pm, 2pm, 4pm
Your pass: 100 minutes
Age requirement: 18+
Your mission: Rotate between all three saunas at your own pace. Take optional lake dips if you’re feeling bold. Thaw out properly afterward, and then do it all over again, and again…
This isn’t a retreat. It’s a rhythm. Warmth, cold, breath, quiet. Steam drifting into a winter sky. The shoreline waking up because a bunch of humans decided winter didn’t get the final say.
With all three saunas firing, there’s plenty of heat, plenty of space, and plenty of winter magic to go around. The vibe is mellow, social, and strangely energizing for something happening in the dead of January.
If you want a real reset for the new year, this is it. Step into the heat. Step into the lake. Watch the world sharpen.
$45 per person
Three saunas. One lake. A New Year reset.
