The City of Laredo, Laredo Public Health, and Parks and Recreation are proud to host the Laredo Wellness Games at Buena Vista on April 11, 2026 in partnership with Bodify Fitness 💪🌟
This inclusive event is open to everyone and will feature both a competitive and a noncompetitive division, creating a welcoming space for all fitness levels and abilities. Whether you are new to fitness or simply looking for a place to start, please join us. This event is designed to be fun, supportive, and enjoyable for everyone 🙌❤️
The Laredo Wellness Games are all about community, wellness, and showing that healthy movement can be accessible and exciting for all 🤝🌈
