Roller skating provides a comprehensive body workout and can help improve your strength, balance, core stability, and cardiovascular endurance. It is a great way to get out, be part of the skate community, and realize your sense of strength. Roller skates and pads are included with this non-contact, positive learning environment for just $85. All genders welcome. Ages 18 and up.
