It's been almost 5 years since Infinitea T-Bar closed it's doors so we thought it was time to do an event with the Fernie Wine Club and bring some of the favorite food menu items back, paired with some amazing wines!
Here is the menu for the Infinitea Flashback at Freshies
Course 1
Apple cheese baked quinoa balls with Tzatziki dipping sauce
Course 2
Infinitea 7 layer dip (Mediterranean style) with warm pita (shared between 4)
Course 3
Almond satay chicken skewer on a bed of arugula salad
Course 4
Slow smoked Beef Brisket, made by Stephanie, served with the infinitea house salad the Kale & Quinoa Tabbouleh.
Look forward to a signature cocktail as well as a mango cheesecake as extra delights!!
