Sushi Rolling Class

Learn how to roll sushi from a professional, as Chef Ivan Dalou leads class from 6-9 p.m. on Nov. 11 at Tigerlily. From knife skills and rice cooking to rolling and building flavor profiles, this class is perfect for aspiring at-home sushi chefs, couples and groups. Class includes five courses and sake, with salad, appetizers, two self-rolled maki rolls and a special dessert. Tickets are $100 with limited seating.
