Sound Healing with Danielle and Nick: immersive healing frequencies using crystal bowls, gongs, and other instruments to soothe the nervous system and promote deep relaxation
Mindful Cacao & Meditation: nourishing cacao and guided meditation to centre your mind, relax your body, and reconnect with yourself

Danielle – Trauma-Informed Sound Healer & Founder of Soniarus Sounds
Danielle combines the healing power of sound with a deep understanding of the stresses faced by caregivers. As a registered manager in a children’s home, she has firsthand experience of the emotional and physical demands placed on care workers. She creates a safe, supportive environment for participants to release stress, heal, and reconnect. Using crystal bowls, gongs, and other instruments, Danielle facilitates deep emotional healing and relaxation, offering a restorative space for those who care for others.
Chloe – NHS Nurse & Yin Yoga Teacher
Chloe brings a unique blend of healthcare experience and wellness practice. As an NHS nurse and certified yoga teacher, she understands the importance of self-care, especially for people in caring or high-stress roles. Chloe’s Yin Yoga sessions focus on restoring balance, deepening relaxation, and releasing stored tension, helping participants find peace, rejuvenation, and calm in both body and mind.
Nick Bailey – Arts & Wellbeing Practitioner, Musician
Nick is an experienced arts and wellbeing practitioner and musician. He uses creative practices and music to engage the imagination, awaken curiosity, and support emotional expression. Nick’s work encourages participants to connect with their own creative energy, helping deepen relaxation, enhance mindfulness, and bring a sense of joy and playfulness to the retreat.
