Fire Sound Ceremony - Clearing & Calling in


A Sound Ceremony is a gentle, guided journey using vibration and sound to help you release what no longer serves you and invite in what you need. Each session focuses on an element, Earth, Fire, Water, Air, or Ether, and explores the simple teachings it offers about life, growth, and presence. You’ll have the opportunity to interact with the element in small, meaningful ways, then rest and receive through the sound journey. No experience is needed just bring yourself and curiosity.


Fire teaches us about transformation and courage. It shows how energy can shift, how old patterns can burn away, and how warmth and motivation can be rekindled. Working with Fire in ceremony isn’t about magic, it’s about giving the mind a clear anchor for letting go and inviting in change. A simple act like lighting a candle helps the brain connect intention with action, supporting clarity, renewal, and the confidence to move forward.
