About the event

8-Week Intro to Heels

Our heels classes combine techniques from ballet, contemporary, jazz, latin and hip-hop styles.

About this Event

Mondays 8:30pm-9:30pm

November 3rd - December 22nd

Weeks 1-2 | Basic Heels foundation and technique
Weeks 3-4 | Heels drills and grooves
Weeks 5-6 | 60 seconds of beginner level choreography + repeat
Weeks 7-8 | 60 seconds of beginner level choreography + repeat
(Repeat the choreography the following week focusing on details, technique and performance quality).

Attire: Please wear a dance heel that supports your ankle. Knee pads recommended (sold at the studio).
What to bring: Water bottle and enthusiasm!
