Join a Respectful Conversation About Belonging in Fergus Falls
Join a meal and a conversation designed not to change minds, but to strengthen our community.
What does it mean to belong in Fergus Falls? Do you know someone who has a different opinion about it than you? This can be a hard topic, but we are coming together to face it head-on.
There are a lot of polarizing disagreements in our world but 86% of Americans want to do something to fix that. Respectful Conversations is a model thousands of Minnesotans have used in congregations, campuses and cities to talk about hard things and leave feeling better, not worse, about the people they disagree with. Free speech is welcome. Previous participants have said:
“This was a wonderful experience.”
“I am leaving with hope.”
“Thank you for this gift to democracy.”
Monday, November 17, 5:30pm – 8:00pm
