Are you new to yoga or have questions about your practice, even after years of experience? Let’s get back to the basics and explore the foundational poses together!

Join Tania for a fun and informative 90 minutes as she will break down essential postures like Sun Salutations A & B, so that you can practice safely and confidently for a lifetime.

This workshop is for the new and seasoned yogi alike-there is always something to refine.

This workshop will offer the space to ask questions and receive personalized guidance in a supportive, relaxed environment.
