D-BAT Fenton will be holding a one-hour camp every Saturday from 2:00PM-3:00PM in October and November to teach the basics of the game to the next generation of baseball and softball players. Every session will progress by teaching aspects of the game from "What is a batter's box?", equipment review, proper grip & stance, fielding ground balls, to defense and hitting drills, until they are ready to star in their first game. Players will need to bring a glove and water bottle.
Who:
Baseball & Softball players ages 3 - 7 years. These camps are created for beginner players who are either entering their first year of play, need a refresher, or a better understanding of the game.
When:
Every Thursday starting October 4th for one hour, 2PM - 3PM, with coach Jena Hendrix.
What should I bring: Players must have a glove, bats and helmets are optional, no cleats and a water bottle.
Cost:
$140 for the entire session. Spots are limited, we will create a wait list and start another session, or add instructors if there is demand. Single-session pricing is available at $20 per session.
Make-up sessions will be made available if needed. Single sessions pricing is available, keep in mind this is a progressive clinic teaching a different aspect or knowledge of the game each week, to get the best benefit attending each session is ideal.
