The AT HOME Transformation Challenge
Day 1 and Day 30 measurements and body assessment will be completed.
Dates:
Tuesday September 2 - Tuesday September 30
We are combining nutrition and at home workouts to give you 30 days of sculpting, shredding and transforming.
Transforming your thoughts about food.
Transforming your thoughts about working out.
Transforming your body from the mind outward.
Week 1 - PROTEIN - ARMS - INFLAMMATION
Every day you will be given a 10 minute at home upper body workout.
Every day we will discuss how to get 100-140 grams of protein per day.
Every day we will hold you accountable to hit your protein goal AND the workout done.
Week 2 - HEALTHY FAT- BLOAT - DAIRY ELIMINATION AND ABS / CORE -
The focus is core and abs and healthy fats intake and dairy detox.
Every day you will be given a 10 minute at home core / ab workout.
Every day we will discuss how to add healthy fats without consuming to much fat while still hitting your protein goal.
Every day we will hold you accountable to doing all the things.
Week 3 - BUTT & LEGS - SUGAR DETOX
Butt & Legs and limited starches and bad carbs.
Every day you will be given a 10 minute at home butt / leg workout.
Every day we will make sure you avoid sugar and help you to do so!
Every day we will discuss what are bad and good carbs and how to maintain healthy carbs and fat intake while still hitting the protein goal.
Every day we will hold you accountable to doing all the things.
Week 4 - TOTAL BODY - The whole picture.
Week 4 we tie all of the above together.
Every day you will be given a 10 minute at home Total Body workout.
Every day we will make sure you eat clean and balanced.
Every day we will hold you accountable to doing all the things.
EVERY Sunday, 9/7, 9/14, 9/21 and 8/28 a 15 minute live stretch / yoga session will be posted in the group.
This challenge runs from a private FB group. It is all they Facebook and can be done from anywhere.
