Cassidi Wrye is a yoga and wellness guide passionate about creating safe, healing spaces for people of all backgrounds. With training in Yin, Somatic, and chakra-based practices, she blends mindful movement with breathwork and meditation to support nervous system regulation and deep release. Cassidi’s teaching is rooted in compassion, authenticity, and lived experience—meeting students where they are and empowering them to connect with body, mind, and spirit. Beyond the mat, she brings her background in holistic coaching, peer support, and Reiki into her classes, offering a truly holistic approach to growth and resilience.
