Join us right after the Rotary Christmas Parade for The Great Elf Gathering at Segra Stadium — a festive, record-breaking moment in the heart of Elf Season.
Show up in anything elf-inspired and you’ll receive a FREE ticket to Holiday Lights at Segra Stadium (valid that night or any night through December). No full costume required — if it’s red, green, festive, or elf-ish… you’re in.
WHAT TO WEAR
Elf hats or elf ears are a strong suggestion if you have them — they add to the fun and help our photo look amazing — but they are not required.
Any festive red/green clothing, simple elf-ish accessories, or low-effort elf gear all count.
If it feels “elf,” it qualifies.
WHAT TO EXPECT
• Walk from the parade into Segra Stadium with the crowd
• Check in at the gate and be counted
• Join the community on the field for our big group photo
• Enjoy a quick celebration moment before heading back downtown or into Holiday Lights
• Pick up your free Holiday Lights ticket on your way out
WHY WE’RE GATHERING
The Great Elf Gathering is one of the anchor moments of Elf Season — a community-wide celebration connecting the parade, downtown shops, Friday-night promotions, the Elf Passport, and the scavenger hunt. This is our chance to bring everyone together for something playful, joyful, and uniquely Fayetteville.
