Starting August 20th, Oliver’s Twist invites you to wind down with live acoustic music in our new monthly happy hour series. Each month will feature a different distiller set to live acoustic music.

This month features Wild Turkey and Empire Distributing. Guests will enjoy a welcome cocktail, either a bold Wild Turkey 101 Old Fashioned or a custom creation, while listening to an intimate folk/blues performance.

Midway through the evening, Wild Turkey’s founder’s granddaughter will join us for a short storytelling session about the brand’s legacy, paired with guided tasting flights. Guests can also leave their mark by writing a favorite lyric from the night on a bourbon barrel head, which will become part of a permanent rooftop installation. A limited number of VIP rooftop tables include bourbon flights and charcuterie pairings.

Each week, a new local artist and featured spirit or brewery will take the spotlight. Attendees can collect stamps in a Strings & Spirits Passport — fill it by season’s end for an invite to our exclusive rooftop bourbon and music dinner.
