Q: What is Women's Self-Defense?
Self-defense is a set of awareness, assertiveness, verbal confrontation skills, safety strategies, and physical techniques that enable someone to successfully escape, resist, and survive violent attacks.
Meet our instructor:
Hector has over 20 years of experience training civilians, security personnel, police officers, CHP, SWAT members, and other Law enforcement agencies from the USA and abroad. He has taught seminars here in the US, Mexico and Chile. He is certified in several Martial Arts by world renowned instructors. His main focus is on environmental awareness, de-escalation and prevention. He has worked for several security companies, a multimillion dollar company and is now proudly a Reserve Deputy for the Lincoln County Sheriffs Department.
This class is open to all age girls - not just our typical 21+. Please make sure our younger girls will pay attention the whole class (13+ is suggested).
The class is $10. Please pay at the door.
Wear something you'll be comfortable in.
After class, Kelley Spindle will be set up with Damsel in Defense items for purchase. Be prepared to keep you and your family safe!
