We are proud to welcome back Rev. Sharon Ross for another educational and inspiring workshop!
In this fall-themed workshop, Rev. Sharon will delve into the rich and fascinating world of ancestral traditions, exploring their significance and the profound ways they connect us to our heritage and lineage.
Ancestral traditions often serve as a bridge between the past and the present, allowing us to honor and remember those who came before us. These practices can vary widely across different cultures, but they all share a common thread of reverence for our ancestors, offering us a sense of identity and belonging.
One beautiful way to honor these traditions is by creating an ancestral altar. This sacred space can be a focal point in your home where you can pay homage to your ancestors, reflect on their lives, and seek their guidance. Rev. Sharon will talk about her ancestral alters and how we can begin to create a sacred space in our homes to honor our loved ones who have passed.
As a special treat, Rev. Sharon will lead us through making our own ancestral oil. This oil can be used in rituals, anointing, or simply as a way to invoke the presence of your ancestors during meditation or prayer.
Your investment is $40.
Class size is limited to 8 people. RSVP and pre-payment is needed to hold your seat.
