Life After Stroke Support Team

Stroke Survivors and Family Members & Caregivers of Stroke Survivors:

This support group meets the third Wednesday of each month at 3 p.m. in the Center for Medical Education and Neuroscience Institute beside Cape Fear Valley Cancer Treatment & CyberKnife Center in Fayetteville. The building is near the corner of Melrose Road and Owen Drive. We meet in auditorium Room 1 on the first floor.

A stroke changes your life and the life of your loved ones. Lean on others who also have had an experience with stroke. Our group can empower, educate, give you tips and give you hope.
Social interaction and simply connecting with others help ease the depression and isolation so common after stroke. There is a life post stroke!

Support group attendees may park in the Neuroscience Institute parking lot in front of the building's entrance.
