Inner Bliss Meditation

Primordial Sound Meditation is a mantra style meditation that allows you to focus on one sound or word until you suddenly realize that you weren't thinking of anything! You were experiencing the "gap" or that space between thoughts. This can be relaxing for your mental body, emotional body, physical body and energetic body. It can also bring about an AHA moment, that moment of clarity.

Join Carolyn for a Primordial Sound Meditation and begin a discovery of your soul. We do have hot water for tea or coffee. You may want to bring your own water as well. We have mats, blankets and bolsters for you in circle. We do have chairs if you would prefer. There is a $20 energy exchange unless you have a membership.
