Pro mountain bike racer, coach, and documentarian Jeremiah Bishop will present the premiere of Impossible Routes Ozarks on Wednesday, October 15 at 7:00 p.m. at The Stonebreaker Hotel in Fayetteville, Arkansas.
In May, Bishop and former National Road Champion Alex Howes along with local rookie Malaki Caldwell and a film crew visited Fayetteville and tackled the Ozarks Mega Loop, the 300-mile adventure loop that is the capstone of Fayetteville Bikepacking Routes Network. The resulting story of adventure, adversity, and inspiration set in the Ozark backcountry is one you won’t want to miss.
Impossible Route Ozarks will be released broadly later this fall.
The film premiere caps a day of opportunities to ride Fayetteville along with Bishop.
He will lead an 18-mile adventure ride at 10:00 a.m leaving from The Stonebreaker Hotel. This no-drop, intermediate ride is free and open to the public. (STRAVA link in discussion below)
At 5:00 p.m. Bishop will lead a "Spooky T Shirt" social ride leaving from the Upper Ramble. This casual ride is open to people of all ages. (STRAVA link in discussion below)
The film will be shown outdoors at The Stonebreaker Hotel, refreshments will be available for sale. Some seating will be available, and guests are encouraged to bring blankets for lawn seating.
The film premiere and both group rides are free and open to the public.
