Our amazing volunteer instructors (seriously, they’re awesome) will teach you the roll cast and basic cast using the Joan Wulff method — a fun, proven approach that builds the foundation for great casting technique.
✨ And here’s the best part: After your casting lesson, you’ll head to our trout-stocked ponds to put your new skills to the test! Nothing beats the thrill of that first cast landing just right.
What to know before you go:
Ages 13 welcome (participants 15 & under need an on-site parent or guardian)
All gear provided — just bring your enthusiasm!
Wear closed-toed shoes, a hat with a visor, and eye protection (glasses or polarized sunglasses work great)
