MEMBERS ONLY Steady Neddie Social Ride - Perry Wood
Meet at 10.30am Ready to ride for 11am

The Steady Neddie rides are aimed at Members who want a shorter/slower ride for older, younger or novice horses and/or riders. Those riders who fall into the above criteria will be given preference for places.
Max 4 horse and riders Including lead rider.
Mix of quiet lanes, woodland bridleways and possibly a brief section in orchards (depending on horse flies, farm work & how settled the group is)
Duration: 90 mins approximately
Please bring smething to socialise with afterwards (drinks, cake or snacks)
Hard Hats MUST be worn that conform to the latest BHS Guidelines
Hi-viz MUST be worn on horse & rider.
At all times, the groups will go at the speed of the slowest rider.
No one will be pressured to ride outside of their comfort zone.
Please clear up after your horse & bring implements to do so
Good mounting block available No facilities on site (sorry!)
Location: Oak paddocks, me13 9se. Directions and What3words will be shared. Best accessed from Selling Road direction: it’s a much easier turn in and a shorter section of narrow lanes than driving from the New Cut direction
Parking on grass (should be ok unless we have constant rain)
Access for trailers and lorries up only to 6.5tonne (Larger ones probably couldn’t make the turn in - tho we could meet you at Perry wood car park)
