Goat Yoga - September 21

Stretch, laugh, and connect with nature during an unforgettable Goat Yoga experience at Sycamore Ridge! Join certified yoga instructor Jenny Goodman for a beginner-friendly, outdoor class — with a few adorable four-legged helpers. Our playful goats love to join the fun, whether it’s hopping on your back during downward dog or just offering some extra motivation!


What’s included:

• A one-hour, beginner-level yoga class led by Jenny

• Plenty of goat cuddles, laughs, and photo ops

• A beautiful farm setting to unwind and enjoy

Details:

• Location: Sycamore Ridge Small Farm, Farragut, Iowa

When: September 21 @ 5pm
• Bring your own yoga mat or towel (we recommend something you don’t mind getting a little farm love on!)

• Ages 13+ welcome (kids under 17 must be accompanied by an adult)
