REHEAT25: The Air Displays Summit hosted by the British Air Display Association is open to all stakeholders involved with the organisation of airshows and air displays. As the Display Season closes, this event will pull together lessons learnt from 2025 and look forward to the next season.
Networking and Exhibition
As preparations for the 2026 Display Season get underway, the Expo is the ideal setting for Event Organisers, Display Acts, Flying Display Directors and other stakeholders to meet and discuss lessons learnt and their future plans. Attendees are encouraged to bring their promotional materials (pull-up banners etc) to advertise their wares in the accompanying conference space.
Presentations and Seminars
The Air Displays Summit aims to promote best practice by drawing together lessons learnt from previous seasons in an engaging fashion as well as look forward to 2026. Over the two days there will be a number of pworkshops and seminar sessions covering a wide range of subjects relevant to all stakeholders.
This event will build on the success of BADA’s 2024 Event Organisers Summit and expand its scope with subjects of interest to Flying Display Directors and Display Pilots.
The Airshow Dinner
At the end of Day One, BADA will host the Airshow Dinner, a three course meal, at the International Exhibition & Conference Centre.

To close the opening day, we will also be holding a drinks reception in the Hampshire Suite at the Farnborough Holiday Inn, a few minutes walk from the event site.
