Spooky Slugfest 2025

6 p.m. Costumed baseball for an intrasquad "scrimmage" that serves as the kookiest baseball game in town, and there is plenty of candy to boot afterwards thanks to the combined efforts of Longwood's athletic programs and the Student-Athlete Advisory Committee. The event is FREE!

Fans will be treated to situations such as Mr. Potato Head taking ground balls from Mr. Incredible.

Or perhaps a giant pickle will track down a fly ball in the outfield and throw it to an inflatable kangaroo.

Kids and families are invited down to the field once the baseball portion is complete to play games and get PLENTY of candy!

The North Street Press Club will have a food truck present with food available for purchase as well.
