Start your weekend with rhythm, flavor, and fun in the heart of Downtown Farmington! Grab a drink from Syndicate, pick up dinner from a local favorite, and head to Riley Park for Rhythms in Riley Park—a free Friday night concert series running all summer long. Music starts at 7:00 PM, and each week features an opener followed by an outstanding main act. All ages welcome and dancing is always encouraged!

The Family That Plays Together… Jim Perkins and Cheryl Burns along with their son Asher and daughter Alison are capable of playing with a tightness and effortlessness that often evades other ensembles. Their performances have been described as "a swirl of musical tradition and performance energy" (Matt Watroba, host of "Folks Like Us" on WDET). The family bond is evident in their music and in their stage presence, as audiences are treated to spontaneous, good natured banter, jokes and conversation.
