Introduction to Yoga: A 4-class series

Join us for a 4-week trauma-informed yoga class series that focuses on embodiment and mindful movement through Hatha yoga. This class is designed to help you release tension, reconnect with your body, and promote emotional healing. Using gentle, accessible poses and breathwork, we’ll explore practices that support relaxation, body awareness, and stress relief. This class is donation-based, offering a safe, non-judgmental space for all.
While we encourage commitment to all 4 classes for the full experience, drop-ins are welcome each week!
What Participants Should Bring: Comfortable clothing, Water bottle, Yoga mat (some mats, blocks, blankets, and chairs will be provided)

Jennifer Hoffman is a licensed clinical social worker and certified therapeutic yoga specialist (TS-CYT 200) with extensive experience in trauma-informed therapy and yoga. She combines her passion for healing and self-care to offer yoga classes that promote emotional and physical well-being.

Entrances and Parking is in the back. Driveway is right next to the big white sign that says "304 Main Street". Parking is in the first 3 parking areas to the right. Use the entrance closest to first parking area (it’s in the corner of the building). Follow signs to the Serenity Room
