Flameworking - Creature Straws

Flameworking Straws Workshop

You will be introduced to the fascinating world of flameworking with a demonstration of the flame work process using borosilicate glass by our talented instructor.

Each person will then be individually walked through the process to make your own glass straws with rods of glass and a torch.

Two straws will be mode-one with a creature on it and the other decorative. Items are approximately 9″ long.

Pieces will be placed in an annealing kiln and ready for pick-up the following day.

No experience necessary. All tools and material will be provided. Closed toe shoes recommended.

Space is limited to 5 students per session.
