This 2-hour Yoga Fundamentals Workshop is the perfect introduction to help you feel confident, informed, and comfortable as you begin or refresh your yoga journey. Whether you’re brand new to yoga or returning after time away, this workshop provides a supportive space to learn the basics, ask questions, and explore foundational postures at your own pace.

- Simple breathing techniques to support your practice
- Key foundational poses and how to modify them for your body
- How poses flow together in a typical class
- Introduction to Sun Salutations A & B, standing poses and hip openers
- How to safely align yourself in postures
- The joy of ending with a relaxing guided rest (savasana)
