Social Sauna Outing!!!!!

We run.
We complain.
We sweat.

So naturally, we’re doing it on purpose in a sauna.

Join the running crew for a Social Sauna—because nothing says recovery like sitting in extreme heat talking about future runs we haven’t done yet.

All paces welcome.
All sweat levels encouraged.
All dignity optional.

Water and towels are provided. Wear what you would be comfortable sweating in! Workout clothes or swimsuit🤷🏼‍♀️. Cost for the 30 minute session is $25.
