All supplies are provided for you but you may bring an eye mask, journal/pen, and/or a favorite blanket if you’d like. I recommend dressing in layers as your body temperature may change throughout the journey.
This is a time of great change and great responsibility.
Inundated with horrific and inhumane news daily puts our nervous systems in a state of fear and survival. Remembering is a breathwork circle devoted to coming back to what we already know in our bodies… our capacity to feel, to grieve, to imagine, and to choose differently. In a world that asks us to numb, rush, and forget, we’re gathering to slow down and remember who we are beneath all the noise. This is not about escaping or fixing a broken self. It’s about reclaiming your energy, your presence, and your role in shaping what comes next.
Optional: See if you can find out information on your pre-colonial ancestry. What lands they would have lived on, what “religions” or beliefs they would have practiced. What their connection to the land looked like. This is for your own exploration only, you won’t need to share anything about them in circle unless you’d like. This is simply to create a tether to them, to initiate a connection. Let them guide you within this container of breathwork healing.
What is Breathwork?
Breathwork is a somatic healing practice that incorporates an active, rhythmic breathing pattern to help you access deeper parts of your subconscious mind, nervous system, and body. It creates space for unprocessed emotion, ancestral or generational patterns, and stuck energy to release so you can reconnect with your voice, your clarity, and your presence.
This practice is potent: it expands you capacity to feel, helps the the mind expand beyond self-limiting beliefs, and your whole system step into greater capacity, integration, and embodied joy.
Breathwork Healing Groups are a potent, guided experience that combines somatic work with community support. A chance to stretch your nervous system, release what’s held in your body, and reconnect with your voice.
No experience is necessary to join a group - all levels of breathers are welcome. I’ll guide you through the breathing practice, offer intentions or themes for the session, and hold space for reflection and integration at the end.
Breathwork in a group is powerful because you’re supported by both your own presence and the collective energy of the group.
