Humanities Colloquium

Dr. Molly Rozum, Ronald M. Nelson Distinguished Professor of History, University of South Dakota, is in town this weekend--coming in from Mankato, where she participated in the Northern Great Plains History Conference. On Monday she will be honored on campus at the Institute for Regional Studies forum for Gunlogson scholars. Since that forum has limited time for the scholars to present their work, we have invited Dr. Rozum to present an informal seminar on Sunday evening. Her research details the post-World War II work of the Rockefeller Fondation to foster regional studies on the northern plains, and touches also on the founding of the Institute at NDSU. She conducted research over the summer at NDSU Archives. Join us at 6:00pm Sunday the 21st in the back room, the meeting room, of Herd & Horns. Serious munchies and beverages of choice will be served.
