Join us for a fun and slightly spooky crochet workshop designed for confident beginners ready to take their skills to the next level! In this hands-on session, you’ll learn how to make quirky and colorful eyeball granny squares—a scary twist on the classic pattern. You'll explore essential crochet stitches and techniques that form the foundation of the craft. Whether you’re looking to build confidence or just want to try something new, this workshop is the perfect mix of creativity and skill-building.
You’ll leave with your very own completed eyeball granny square, a crochet hook, and some yarn, along with an understanding of the steps involved in creating a granny square. Expect to gain practical experience with magic rings, double crochet, and working in the round—all while creating something unique and “eye”-catching. Materials are provided, so just bring your enthusiasm and get ready to stitch up something spooky!
This workshop is Tuesday, October 28th at 6 pm at the Unglued Craftatorium at Brewhalla - 1702 1st Ave N, Fargo, ND 58102 (attached to Drekker Brewing - you'll find this workshop room on Brewhalla's 2nd floor!). This workshop is for ages middle school through adult. Each attendee must be a ticket holder.
Your registration includes: supplies and instruction to create a crocheted granny square, plus you'll take home a crochet hook and some yarn to keep it going!
