- Doors open 6:30pm, presentation starts at 7pm

- Parking is available however vehicles can’t be left overnight

- buffet food

- Fully stocked bar, own alcohol isn’t permitted into the venue

- Photo available for all from 7:30pm-10:30pm (digital & physical photo copies available)

- Disco after the presentation until 11pm

- Please ensure all remain in the hall unless using the smoking area or toilets as the reception area needs to be kept clear for other users of the hall (your children - your responsibility)

- Tickets are available for all club members & families regardless of trophies �
