OPEN DAY! Thursday 4th September 2025

We open our doors on Thursday 4th September for you to try a mat based mixed level Pilates class with the choice of 4 classes and 2 instructors. Spaces are limited and offered on a first come first serve basis. Beginners are welcome!

FREE for new members. Pre booking essential. Limited to 1 class per person. All attendees must complete an enrolment form by Tuesday 2nd September.

Bookings close Tuesday 2nd September.
