February 5k Your Way: parkrun Takeover! 💙🧡🩷

** We'll be hosting our annual takeover at the February 2026 5k Your Way event with our ambassadors and members covering many of the volunteer roles! Please join us to walk, jog, run or volunteer and catch up afterwards in On The Water **

If you are living with cancer, supporting someone who is, or are a healthcare professional - then please join us at Lee-on-the-Solent parkrun on the last Saturday of every month for a walk and a chat, a jog or a run. Do the full 5k, just a part, or sit and spectate. We reconvene in On The Water afterwards for refreshments. A fun and social way to move against cancer. We look forward to seeing you outside On The Water at 8:45 am. Anyone is welcome!

Please register with parkrun www.parkrun.org.uk and with 5k Your Way https://5kyourway.org/ and don't forget to bring your parkrun barcode with you!
