All processes are invitational—take part in whatever resonates with you, and know that your presence alone is enough. You will receive as much as you are ready to welcome, and my hope is that you leave feeling lighter, clearer, and deeply connected.

Please let me know in advance if you have any health conditions, recent procedures, or anything I should be aware of to support your comfort and safety.
All equipment is provided—simply wear comfortable clothing.
You may wish to bring water, and a pen and journal if you’d like to take notes.
Pre-booking is essential as spaces are limited.
Parking is available on site or along Wallington Street (Sundays only).
