The Art of Computing - Class #5: Google Meet & Google Forms

The Art of Computing is a series of quick lessons to learn the basic uses of common FREE software tools.

PREREQUISITE: Attendees must have a Gmail (Google) account and know the password to log in from a computer in order to attend these sessions. Please fill out the Registration Confirmation Form when registering for the class.

Class #5: Google Meet & Google Forms

Description: Google Forms is the creation application attached to your Google account. After understanding its display screen, we will create a form, add questions to it, send a form, link a form to a s spreadsheet and view form responses. Google Meet is the video meeting application attached to your Google account. You will learn how to schedule a meeting from Google Calendar and how to join a video meeting. You will learn how to use the Meet display screen before presenting your screen in a meeting. You'll learn how to manage meetings as well as how to change audio and video settings. Finally, you will learn how to start a video meeting from Gmail and Google Meet.

Project: Create a survey, and a video conference call.
