Sarah Osborne Book Launch: Styled for Murder

Celebrated author of cozy mysteries, Sarah Osborne, returns to West Falmouth Library for a book launch of her latest Ditie Brown book, Styled for Murder, on Thursday, October 9th 1-2pm. Special guests Barb (owner and head stylist) and Shelley (salon manager) from Headlines Salon in Falmouth will be joining the event to reveal the deep mysteries they have encountered in their salon chairs!

Mabel Aphrodite Brown and her best friend, Lurleen, are preparing for Lurleen’s upcoming wedding in southern France. They must find the best wedding hair style created by the finest hair dresser in Atlanta. But no matter what Robbie, hair stylist extraordinaire, offers her, Lurleen seems dissatisfied. Is it the hair style or the wedding itself that is troubling her? Before Ditie can sort this out, disaster strikes. A woman is found dead by electrocution in a hair drying chair. Is it murder, suicide or an accident? Lurleen and Ditie must sort out the answer to this hair-raising death.

Sarah Osborne is the pen name for a physician and writer who lives on Cape Cod. She writes cozy mysteries for the same reason she reads them, to find comfort in a troubled world.
